What is the Grey Area?

Is your motto, “Do as I say, not do as I do”? If yes, then what is wrong with what you are doing? Now more than ever we need to be not just accountable to the upcoming generation, but to God in every aspect of our lives. What areas of your life are grey?

On the path of life are these grey areas which can be filled with people, opportunities, obstacles, circumstances, and choices. Yet there is no grey area in Jesus Christ. There is no shadow or turning in Him (James 1:17). Once we come to the full knowledge and power of Christ we know and understand that if we can only get before Him, we will see things clearly. The world brings darkness, disobedience brings darkness, but Christ brings light. If we waver between the two we are in the grey, but that is not Christ. When we act in this manner we must look back to Jesus and walk in His ways. It is in this grey area that one can agree with God and make choices that help them find “purpose”, “peace”, “prosperity”, and “abundant life” in Jesus Christ.
